Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, in its original packaging, with the seal intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@604lashdon.ca and we will provide you with a return address.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a correction at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened and/or missing some or all original packaging:
• Lash trays
• Adhesives
• Gel pads
• Liquids (cleansers, removers, adhesives, etc.)
• All other tools and products we carry
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Refused Shipments
If a package is refused or returned to us:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund
