What are your business hours?
Our customer service response hours are 10am-6pm Weekdays and Weekends, with the exception of Holidays when we are reachable 12-5pm.
Where is in-person pickup?
In-person pickup is located is in the heart of Crescent Beach, South Surrey. We are 10 minutes off of Highway 99 Exit 10/King George boulevard + Crescent Road intersection.
What are your local pickup hours?
Local pickup is arrangeable same-day, please contact us via Instagram, Phone, or Email during business hours. After-hours pickup is available at no extra charge, however we ask that you please contact us within business hours to arrange after-hours pickup.
How quick is shipping?
We fulfill and ship orders same-day during business hours. Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped out ASAP the next day. Please note that majority of post offices have reduced hours Saturdays, and are closed Sundays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is available at a $14.99 flat rate, or free for orders over $200.
